Pilgrim Street accommodation is perfect for those who want to be in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. They are a stones throw from Bold Street which is the beginning of the shopping area and one minute from Hardman Street with plenty of bars and restaurants. From the front door of the apartments there is a wonderful view of the Anglican Cathedral at the end of the road.

There are four 1 bedroom apartments available within one location. Each one fitted out to a high specification throughout as can been seen from the photographs below. Each apartment offers exactly the same accommodation. However, Apartment A and B are slightly bigger in the living room area. Each apartment also boasts a beautiful decked area at the rear of the property which is south facing and benefits from sunshine all day. It is hard to find tranquility in the city centre but Pilgrim Street Apartments offer just that.

There is secure parking available with some of these apartments if required at an extra cost.

THE APARTMENTS

Each of the four apartments are exactly the same in their layout. Each consists of a bathroom, bedroom, living room with dining area, kitchen, and large decked outside area private to each apartment. Each apartment sleeps 2/4 people with the use of a sofa bed in the living room.

BEDROOM – each bedroom contains a triple bunk bed (double below and single above), wardrobe with drawers and all bedding and towels.

BATHROOM - high quality bathroom consisting of bath with overhead electric shower, heated towel rail, sink and toilet.

KITCHEN – fully fitted kitchen which contains fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, washer/dryer, hob, oven, Belfast sink, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and utensils enough for 4 people.

LIVING ROOM – leather sofa, futon, TV, coffee table, sideboard, dining table and 4 chairs.

DECKED AREA – large outside south facing decked area equipped with garden table, chairs and parasol.
