Liverpool often has touring theatre groups, musicians and workers coming into the city for temporary stays. Liverpool Holiday Flats cater for all such types on a regular basis as we offer the freedom of home-from-home conditions in all our apartments. For example we have just had a boat builder staying in our apartments for the last 3 months who found Liverpool Holiday Flats perfect for his stay.

We know that many of those on tour or working away from home find it important to relax. Our apartments are much more spacious than a hotel room and offer fully equipped kitchens, thus giving you the option to stay in and cook for yourself rather than the nightly cost of eating out. Our apartments offer you a home-from-home environment ensuring that our working customers with long periods away from home benefit from a more comfortable and relaxed stay.

Liverpool is often inundated with travelling football supporters and we find ourselves very busy for all home matches. With supporters groups visiting every match day from Holland, Norway and Ireland our apartments tend to book up quickly for such match dates. We already have customers who are staunch Liverpool and Everton supporters who travel from abroad and book with us on a regular basis.

Liverpool Holiday Flats is an ideal base for school parties to come and stay. Certainly our Catherine Street house (see homepage) would be perfect for those groups with both students and teachers. Throughout the house there are many bathrooms and kitchens offering our larger groups a more comfortable and spacious stay.

Due to the size of the house and the number of beds on offer, this makes renting Catherine Street house a reasonably priced option.

Liverpool Holiday Flats can offer all types of accommodation for The Beatles/ Mathew Street Festival. We have a variety of accommodation from self contained apartments, some with car parking and decked areas, to budget style bunk rooms, some en suite. The Beatles /Mathew Street Festival takes place in August over 3 days and has hundreds of bands playing throughout the city inside bars and clubs and outside on large stages. A fantastic reason to visit Liverpool, and an ideal weekend break for families, friends or large parties.

Welcome to Liverpool Holiday Flats. We offer a wide choice of self catering and serviced apartment accommodation based in Liverpool City centre.

Liverpool Holiday Flats has the ability to accommodate large groups/parties. Overall the accommodation on offer can potentially accommodate up to 30 people over the two sites; a large house (Catherine Street) which can be divided into smaller units, and four adjoining, 1 bedroom self contained apartments  (Pilgrim Street)-ALL without neighbours!
Catherine Street, a large house of Georgian style situated within the cultural quarter of the city, can accommodate a large group comprising of 10 to 20 people on the one site, depending on the use of rooms. Please see the layout of the house on main homepage.
Pilgrim Street can accommodate 12 to 16 people if all four flats are booked together, each apartment sleeping up to four individually. All four apartments adjoin each other and are situated in their own block.
This makes the accommodation well suited to Hen and Stag groups or other large groups (though we do take substantial deposits for these bookings). Liverpool is currently one of the best experiences for large groups coming to the city.
